Well the electricity has stayed on. We opted to switch from Spectrum cable internet to Verizon wireless. We’ll see how that goes and what kinds of speeds we get. Might be switching back if it’s not as good…
Started on all the crap needed from the hurricane: insurance claim, refund from the hotel, cancel the old internet, etc. It’s not going to be a fast process.
They’re still routing all State Park Road traffic through our subdivision, which makes for a dangerous drive out of the place. Those people flat-out run our stop signs and speed through the neighborhood without a care for pedestrians or small children playing!
