So I did a live pitch of the novel to an agent from Talcott Notch Literary Services at the SCWA StoryFest Conference today. Nerve-wracking but so worth it.
She has asked – not only for the manuscript to Earthbeat, but also for Outlaw Security as well. She handles historical and science fiction! I wasn’t even pitching Outlaw Security, just mentioned I had 3 historical fiction “caper” stories.
I will post some great tips from the conference at a later date. For now, I am going to float back to the hotel room and dust off the Outlaw Security manuscript so I can make sure it’s still as fun a read as I remember!
