We’ve been working hard at MailerLite’s demand. Seems that free email servers like gmail.com are no longer welcome. Email from those servers seem to be routed to the spam folders in most email accounts. I’ve never noticed any problems with my gmail account, but MailerLite is requiring that you validate a new email address (think author@author.com) and authenticate your domain. This has turned out to be a hugely complex process where you have to find something called CNAME and TXT files and insert some gibberish into them which supposedly authenticated the domain. I have no idea what I’m doing and have had to enlist the aid of their support team a couple of times and it is still not authenticating the darn thing. The directions did say it could take up to 48 hours for it to process, so I’m just trying it periodically to see if it’s gone through yet. Lord knows what I’m going to do if it doesn’t work.
