Today is First Wednesday so it’s time for our monthly Insecure Writer’s Support Group.

This month’s question is: Is there a story or book you’re written that you want to/wish to go back and change?
Oh lord, I always want to go back and change a story or novel once I’ve finished with it. That’s half my trouble with selling the novels: I keep fiddling with them instead of sending them to an agent. I can almost always add more conflict and tension to a story if I try, so most of what I write I wish I could go back and do that. A little romantic tension would be nice as a subplot, too, but I’m not very good at writing romance so…
What about you? Do you suffer from the “always fiddling” problem yourself or can you put a story down and call it done?
